REFUND POLICY:

We take great care in curating our Zen gifts and ensuring they arrive in excellent condition. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If verified, we will provide a replacement for the damaged item or issue store credit at our discretion.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out immediately. We can only cancel orders before they have shipped out.

If your order was refunded, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship out packages within 2-3 business days. There may be a slight delay due to UPS /USPS receiving a high volume of orders around the holidays or, of course, inclement weather.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We will not resend orders due to incorrect addresses.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our hands. We rely on UPS or USPS tracking to let us know when your package has arrived to your address. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
